Local adventurer, Greg Flores, one of America’s leading designers, has created not only one poster, but a series of posters commemorating a very important new part of the local landscape, Lake Union Park! Get in touch with us a for a special copy that you can take home to frame. That is all for now, I will let the poster do the talking. This particular poster celebrates Seattle and Lake Union Park’s Maritime Heritage. We are excited to partner with tons of Maritime enthusiats in South Lake Union including the Center for Wooden Boats, Virginia V, United Indians of All Tribes and many many more. For more info about the event click here. Hullo Adventurers. This has been a remarkable summer, and I have not blogged half the things I have promised. This shall change. I am heading for the dark moody heathers of Scotland for a year, to start a Masters in Modern Art. This means regular Artventure programming shall commence in the Autumn: the Europe edition. Meanwhile, I am busy attempting to find myself a flat, register for classes, and reorient myself back to life in the UK. This translates as watching everything released by the BBC in the past five years. Visual archival research, of course. So, adventurers, if you find yourself in the North, enjoy pub quizzes, or want to share a deep fried snickers bar, send me a carrier pigeon at gaogao@theadventureschool.com. Until next time.
