Meet Jenny Jiménez, sweetheart of The Adventure School and one helluva photographer. The secret ingredients that give Jenny’s photos that extra oomph is a sense of humor and talent for capturing real, unconventional moments rather than canned, stage-y poses. If you like Jenny’s work as much as we do, swing by Jenny’s show, Show Me Your TIFFS, this Thursday featuring some clever specialty cocktails for those of us with the right initials: Double D (i.e. Dorcas Doolittle), Double J (i.e. Jenny Jiménez!), and Double You (i.e. Barbie Babbit or MitcheLL, KnoxviLLe.) Identification courteously requested. Oh, and there’s also gonna be a wet t-shirt contest. Yeeeeeeeeah! Check out the rest of Jenny’s excellent portfolio on her website and keep up with her comings and goings on her blog. But first, read her Adventurer Profile!

Describe the best party you ever attended. Hotel room or campsite? Do you have a style icon? Where is your next adventure destination? [...] I’ve tapped one of the raddest event planning bizzes in the bizness to help me pull off Thursday night’s opening party. Cori & Aviva of the Adventure School have a knack for turning the conventional birthday party, holiday fete, wedding or fundraiser upside down. Check out their blog, where you’ll find a recent Adventurer Profile from a familiar face. [...] Leave a Reply |
So stoked for Thursday night! And where’s the signup for the wet tshirt contest?
