Delivery & Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.
If we ship your order via UPS or DHL, we will email you with a tracking number once the package has been shipped. We do not elect to include a 'signature required' for our items, however, should you prefer we do so, please include that in the Note section on the order page. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and location of its final destination. Your package will be shipped out at your own risk, but special care will be taken to protect fragile objects.
The Adventure Store is happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item within 10 days of it's receipt, and must be in it's original packaging.
All sales final on sale merchandise. All sales final after 10 days of receipt. As of now, we do not reimburse shipping costs on returned items.
While we aim to please, availability of items is not guaranteed. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email and you will be reimbursed the amount paid.
